Mary Delaney, Board Chair

Mary joined CareerBuilder in 1999 and has served as President of Onboarding Solutions. Earlier in her career, Mary was Senior Vice President for InterCall Inc., a conference services provider, where she developed the long-term company vision and national sales strategy, and grew revenue from zero to 100 million. Mary is an employment expert who has appeared on CNN, Headline News, FOX and CBS National Radio and in the Harvard Business Review. She is a fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago and board member of Broadbean, Indiana University SOIC Dean Advisory Board, Horizons for Youth and BEST (Building Entrepreneurship in Science and Technology). She has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in marketing from Indiana University.

Ben Goldberg, Chief Executive Officer

Ben owned a payroll, HRIS and HR consulting company prior to joining the executive team at Aurico. He spent ten years in senior management with a Fortune 50 company expanding the international sales division. He holds an MBA from Colorado State University. He is FCRA certified through the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) and is a licensed private investigator.

Eric Schaefges, Vice President Product Development

Eric joined Aurico in 2004, working to create the Report Services Department and manage all government-related screening processes. In recent years, he has focused his efforts on WebACE™, adding new features and the latest technology for Aurico's customers and staff. He is FCRA certified through the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Kristen Whitt, Vice President of Operations

Kristen has spent over 15 years in the screening and technology industry. Prior to arriving at Aurico, she held four senior management roles in both operations and customer engagement spanning three different screening companies. Kristen will focus on using technology and process to increase efficiency while keeping the growing customer demands at the forefront of all initiatives related to Operations. She earned her BA from Old Dominion University focusing on customer management and operational measurements. She is certified in FCRA and participates with the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).

Laura Randazzo, Vice President Compliance

Laura has held senior management positions with three background screening companies prior to joining Aurico. With over 20 years of industry experience, her responsibilities have included overseeing all internal and external operations related to background investigations, technology integration, customer service and compliance. She holds an Illinois Private Detective Class 1 license. She has held the position of Chair on the Board of Directors with the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and has testified as an expert witness involving negligent hiring and non-compliance. She holds NAPBS FCRA Advanced certification.

Rick Buttice, Vice President Strategic Alliances

Rick spent much of his career in high-tech supply chain strategic analytics as Director for UPS International Accounts. He joined Aurico in 2014 and has over 25 years of experience in new business development, the creation of corporate alliances, marketing initiatives, and building new products and services. He earned a BA from Washington State University with an emphasis on management and information systems, and is a frequent speaker and commentator on ROI analysis and customer-centric market logistics.
